DOMESTIC SHIPPING
SHIPPED FROM OUR NORTH VANCOUVER WAREHOUSE
- Shipping is free for orders over $100, excluding bulky goods with a length of over 80cm or a weight of 7kg.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping location and combined order volume/weight.
- Orders before 3pm are generally dispatched same day, alternatively they will be dispatched next day from our NORTH VANCOUVER warehouse.
- Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details.

We endeavour to be the coolest online bicycle shop in the world – this means we make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder, alternative product choice or a full refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of utilised courier services in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:
A. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
B. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
C. where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office;
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
PLEASE SHOP ON OUR INTERNATIONAL STOREFRONT:
- Items will be shipped from the closest available warehouse (Gold Coast, San Diego, Bassano Del Grappa or Pretoria) depending on the delivery location.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping location and combined order volume/weight.
- Generally items are delivered within 10 working days for international orders, however this can be longer depending on the country.
- Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details.
- All orders are shipped via courier, including DHL, UPS, AusPost, TNT and Star Track. Don’t worry if you’re not at home when the product/s are delivered. The courier will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your new product will then be available to be collected at your local courier depot.
